Patient Advocacy

Here at Pihanga Health, we respect and value the role of patient advocates and wholeheartedly welcome patient advocate communication.  We want our patients to know their rights under the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights, including the right to complain.  We want our patients informed of the availability of independent patient advocates through the Nationwide Health and Disability Advocacy Service.
