We’re moving to myindici!

It’s a brand new way for us to care for your health and wellbeing where you are in control.  It’s an online service that gives you the freedom to manage your health needs anytime, anywhere – even from your smartphone. 

It’s all about your health, your way!

 

The myindici™ patient portal allows you to view your patient notes, view your lab results, book appointments online, request repeat prescriptions, and view information related to immunisations, allergies, and previous medications.

It gives you control over accessing your health records, puts your health requests in your hands and speeds up your communication with us.

From 9th September records will no longer be updated in ManageMyHealth – and access to this system will be turned off.

It’s simple to switch from ManageMyHealth to myindici™ and if you are an existing user you will already have been sent instructions on how to do this.

However, if you want to sign up to myindici™ or need help in swapping over then call into the practice and see our resourceful reception team.

This is an exciting time, but we anticipate a few minor problems as we all get used to the system. If you have any issues or queries – please let us know. We need your feedback to make things right!
