Coronavirus COVID 19

COVID 19 Levels 2 and 1

Please do not come into the surgery.  We still prefer you to contact us first.  See details on the different ways you can contact us below

We are now back to offering our full range of services however you are still not able to book a face to face appointment directly with your doctor.  If you wish to see a doctor they will do a phone consultation first, and if they feel you need to come in, will make a face to face appointment for you.  If this happens you will only be charged one consultation fee of $18 ($35 for a casual patient)

All prescriptions are now sent directly to the pharmacy so you do not need to call in to collect them.  The pharmacy is very busy so please allow two working days before collecting your medications unless told otherwise by your doctor.  Feel free to call the pharmacy on 07 386 8565 to check if your prescription is ready before you head in to collect it.

If you need to pay a bill you can do this by internet banking or by coming into the surgery to pay by eftpos or cash.  If possible please let us know you are coming.

Keep up to date with what we are doing by following us on Facebook.  We publish regular updates to keep you in the loop

At the surgery we will screen you at the door to check you have no flu like symptoms.  If you do, we will still treat you, we will just do it in a way which is safer for you, other patients and our team.  We can have a maximum of 6 people in the waiting room at any one time so we may ask you to wait in your car for a short period if we are busy.  We also have contact tracing measures in place.  This includes our appointment book, a QR code for the NZ COVID Tracer app and a sign in book for those who do not have an appointment.  Thank you for your help in keeping our building a safe place to visit.
