Request an appointment online

  1. Sign in to MyIndici.

  2. Select the appointment option.

  3. Enter the requested information.

Request an appointment by telephone

Call: 07 384 7576 or 0800 744 2642 — 0800 PIHANGA

Select Option 1 and leave a clear voice message containing:

  • Your full name

  • Your date of birth

  • Your telephone number

  • A brief description of what the appointment is for

  • Any days or times when you cannot attend

Please keep your phone nearby so our team can return your call. Pihanga Health currently uses an automated message system that notifies the administration team when a message has been left.

Choosing the right appointment

Please tell us when booking if:

  • Your concern is urgent or worsening

  • You think you may need a longer appointment

  • You want to discuss several unrelated concerns

  • You need an interpreter

  • You need mobility or communication assistance

  • The appointment relates to a procedure, form or medical examination

  • You would prefer a telephone or video consultation

Our team may ask a few questions so that they can arrange the most appropriate type of appointment. This is to help direct you to the right clinician and level of care.

Cancelling an appointment

Please contact us as early as possible if you cannot attend. This allows the appointment to be offered to another patient.

Urgent concerns

Contact the practice by telephone for concerns that may need attention on the same day. Do not rely on an online request or general enquiry form for an urgent medical problem.

Call 111 immediately for a life-threatening emergency, including severe difficulty breathing, severe chest pain, major injury, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness or another situation in which a person may be in immediate danger.
