Use of Heidi AI
Pihanga Health may use Heidi, a secure AI-assisted clinical documentation tool, during consultations. Heidi helps our clinicians prepare accurate notes by listening to the consultation and creating a draft summary, allowing the clinician to spend more time focused on you rather than typing. Any notes created by Heidi are reviewed and approved by your clinician before becoming part of your health record. Heidi does not replace the judgement or decision-making of your healthcare professional. Information is handled securely in accordance with our privacy obligations.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with other healthcare providers or agencies when this is needed for your care, authorised by you or permitted or required by law.
We do not sell patient information.
