MyIndici is Pihanga Health’s secure patient portal. Enrolled patients can use it to manage several routine healthcare tasks online.
What you can do through MyIndici
Depending on the functions enabled for your account, you may be able to:
Request an appointment
Request a repeat prescription
View laboratory and radiology results
Send a secure message
View account information
Pay an account
Update selected personal details
Activate your portal
Contact Pihanga Health and ask the team to send you a patient-portal invitation.
You will receive an activation email from:
Follow the instructions in that email to complete registration. Check your junk or spam folder if the message does not appear in your inbox.
Sign in
Use your own email address and password to sign in. Do not share your login details with anyone unless you have deliberately arranged authorised access.
Need help?
Contact Pihanga Health if you:
Have not received your activation email
Cannot complete registration
Have changed your email address
Cannot see a function you expected
Believe information in your portal is incorrect
Important limitations
MyIndici is not suitable for:
Medical emergencies
Urgent symptoms
Problems that are rapidly worsening
Requests requiring an immediate response
Portal requests and messages are reviewed during normal working hours and should not be treated as real-time communication.
